Who we are
Mundi Solutions helps founders find the one thing holding their business back, then build the structure to fix it.
Our strength is simple. We take a tangled situation, find the core issue, and turn it into a diagnosis and a plan you can actually follow.

Where we learned
We learned business across five countries, studying how very different economies work. The pattern held everywhere: businesses stall when everything depends on the founder.
We've also designed and led trainings and workshops for international government agencies, Princess Juliana International Airport, and Heineken, and taught about 100 entrepreneurs across multiple course cohorts.

How we work
For six years, we've worked with a World Bank-funded small business initiative. We started by teaching new entrepreneurs the fundamentals, then worked one-on-one with founders in restaurants, healthcare, construction, event venues, boat charters, beauty and wellness, cleaning, energy, and more. Most private clients hire us again.
