This ten-question quiz runs entirely in your browser. We do not save your answers or your result, and we do not ask for your email.

Hands-off Score

We collect your email address, your business type, your team size, your answers to the 20 questions and your total score.

We use your email to connect you with your report. We only send you tips if you check the box to say yes.

Package onboarding forms

When you choose a package, we collect your name, business name, location, email, optional phone number, industry, team size, years in business, revenue range and the challenges you select. We use this to prepare for our first conversation.

Founder intake survey

Clients we work with may complete a longer intake survey about their business. We collect the answers they give, including their name and business name, to plan the engagement.

Team survey

Team members of client businesses may complete an anonymous survey. We do not collect names, emails or anything that identifies who answered.

Results are only shown to us once at least four people have responded, and written comments are shown in random order.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Calendly, which handles the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.

How we protect it

Your answers are stored privately. Visitors to this site cannot see anyone else's answers, and only Mundi Solutions can view submissions.

We do not sell your information or share it with anyone outside our business.
