If you have a team and you're the person they all come to, this is for you. It's probably not a fit if you're just starting out with no staff, or if you need legal, tax, or clinical advice. We'll tell you on the first call and point you to someone who can help.

You fill out a short survey. Then we get on a video call and talk through what's really going on, and you get a written report that names the bottleneck. Everything happens online, so it fits around your day. If you want to go further, we bring in your manager and your team and turn the findings into a plan.

No. It's short, written in plain language, and ranked so you know what to fix first.

No. We don't spend sessions asking how you feel about your business. We tell you what we see, what's causing it, and what to do about it. Then we make sure you have the tools to do it.

No. We find the problem, build the plan and the tools, and guide you while your team puts them to use. We don't run your day-to-day. If you need software set up or bookkeeping done, we'll point you to someone who does that.

No. The systems we build are simple on purpose: a checklist, a clear rule about who decides what, a check-in at the start and end of a job. If software would help, we'll recommend something and point you to someone to set it up.

Teams push back when a new rule feels like it came from nowhere. We help you explain the reason behind a change so it feels like support, not more work. We also start small, one simple system at a time, so nobody feels buried.

Find takes one survey and a couple of calls. Structure adds a conversation with your manager and a short anonymous survey for your team. Flow adds a check-in every two weeks for 90 days. We schedule around you.

Yes. Find is a standalone first step at $1,500, and plenty of founders start there. If you want more depth or help putting the plan to work, you can move up to Structure or Flow.

Some fixes help right away, like a checklist or a clear rule about who decides what. Bigger changes take longer, which is why Flow runs 90 days with regular check-ins to adjust whatever isn't working. We won't promise a number we can't back up.

Yes. What you tell us stays with us, and the team survey is anonymous, so your staff can be honest without it coming back on them.

We can't promise results, because they depend on what you and your team do with the plan. What we do promise is a clear answer and a plan you can follow, and in Flow, we adjust the plan with you across 90 days as real problems come up.
